My husband and I really enjoyed Karen's Business and Corporate Etiquette Workshop. Due to the nature of our business we conduct numerous Open Houses, Presentations and lunch meetings with our clients and customers throughout the year. Karen presented us with excellent tips on social etiquette, table manners, first impressions, communication and other social and soft skills.
